of Kibworth, passed away on 2nd August 2024, aged 82 years. Beloved husband of Susan, proud father of Alex and Oliver, kind father-in-law to Jo and loving grandad to Rupert.

An internationally respected Professor of Microbiology for the University of Leicester, his legacy will live on in his work as well as in our hearts.
